CDN returning HTTP 403 errors

Hello !

I know it's a bit out of reach but i just want to know if the project is definetely closed/ended ?
Since yesterday (maybe even earlier), i noticed the cdn (https://code.getmdl.io) is returning HTTP 403 errors. The website (https://getmdl.io/) is also returning the same error.

The project is old and marked as end of life for a while now, so i just want to know if it's over, or if it's just a temporary issue ?

@google-admin @addyosmani @surma, still happening. Other Google tools, like the Chromecast CaC Tool are currently unstyled, almost unusable, due to this issue.
