Uh oh!

In our environment, we have a centralised system for all academies to use. Each academy is its own company.
In theory, this works well. We have permissions set so level 1 technicians can only interact with their academy, and super admins who sit centrally to help manage those users.
However, we have some technicians who manage multiple academies, therefore multiple companies within Snipe. Currently, we've had to create a separate account per company for those technicians, rather than assigning multiple companies to that account, as we cannot see an option for it.
Does anyone have a workaround that might suit our situation, or are there any plans to assign multiple companies to one user account?
Thanks
