Email notification

i have a snipe-it server in centos 9 and everything is running smoothly 2 years now.
My issue is: i don't get to establish the email (smtp) to run.
We have Microsoft Exchange Online and here is my setting on SMTP:

Here is the error that i'm having when trying to test it:

"Test Mail Mail could not be sent.
No additional error message provided. Check your mail settings and your app log.
This will attempt to send a test mail to xxxxxx@savethechildren.de"
