[Feature]: Prevent Superusers from removing their own supeuser permission #19550

Description

@swift2512

Snipe-IT Version

v8.7.2 - build 24589 (master)

How can we help?

There could be a safety mechanism that prevents removing superuser permission from the last person who has it and from your own account.
I've logged in with my only superuser account and set permission it to Inherit (leaving everything else on Inherit) because system said ' This user has at least one individual permission set, which may override group permissions.' PUFF and zero access to any part of install. (other than your own profile) 😅
The only way to get your crown back - through direct DB manipulation. If you have no access to DB tools - getting back could take some time and leave system unmanaged for that period (API scheduled tasks would fail because user now has no permissions to performs these).
