[Bug]: Asset link broken on User-listing page

What happened?

Good news! It's a simple problem, really.

In users.php, the link in the 'assets' column has a link like 'https://inventory.esm.rochester.edu//users/1092#asset'. I recall that it is intended to link directly to a User's asset list.

The link to that list is subtly different. It has an 's' at the end. 'https://inventory.esm.rochester.edu//users/1092#assets'

Hey there - so, you're on a pretty old version of Snipe-IT. Can you update to latest on master (or the latest tagged release) and let us know if you're still seeing this?

I also find it weird that you have two slashes in your URL. You might want to make sure your APP_URL is set correctly. Thise urls should look like https://inventory.esm.rochester.edu/users/1092#assets, not https://inventory.esm.rochester.edu//users/1092#assets

Hello - I certainly can work on scheduling an update to the latest version. That being said, this bug observation exists in the demo environment, too. Demo is version v8.7.2 - build 24589 (master)

I've fixed the double-slashes, observed behavior still remains.
