Dev: Add "Closure Notes" to the Organization Form in the Admin Dashboard.

Overview

Add a "Closure Notes" for more generic emergency closure (i.e. wildfire, floods, fire at the pantry, etc), since Covid has subsided.

Details

• We will later be getting rid of the Covid Notes field after we move its data to the Eligibility and Requirements sections
• Closure Notes will not be visible on food seeker listing if Temporarily or Permanently closed is not checked.
• Closure Notes can only be edited if permanently or temporarily closed checkbox is checked.
• Closure Notes will appear on the food seeker listing if either closed condition is checked
  • Currently, if a listing is permanently or temporarily closed it does not show up on the food seeker site at all, this will change and they will be visible. A new issue is being made for this

Action Items

• Add a "Closure Notes" field in the Organization edit page in the admin interface, please see pic 1 in resources
• Replace the "Covid Notes" field with a "Closure Notes" field (only for temporary and permanently closed listings) in the Organization detail page in the food seeker interface, please see pic 2 in resources
