Mark `googleworkspace_user`.`password` as write-only

I would like to use ephemeral values for the googleworkspace_user.password field, but only fields marked with write only are supported.

This will enable not storing password in statefiles

The description of the field already says write-only but now that terraform has a way to mark fields as write only we should add it to the field.
