Location reset, triggered redownload

I noticed the other day my boot drive was full. I opened the UI and found that 80% of my downloads had their locations reset to /data/completed. When a file finishes downloading, I move it to an external drive with a transmission-done script. With the location reset, all of my downloads started again (the external drive still had the files, I was able to set location, verify, and see 100% had but this was very tedious with 500+ files).

Has anyone seen this before?

I think I upgraded the image a couple of days before this occurred and am just now seeing the transmission downgrade from 3.0.0 so wondering if that is related.
