Privoxy is not requiring me my user and password

Hi, I have enabled the proxy and it works just fine. But when I enabled username and password I'm still able to connect without supplying them :/ these are my env vars in the compose file:

    - WEBPROXY_ENABLED=true
    - WEBPROXY_PORT=8118
    - WEBPROXY_USERNAME=user
    - WEBPROXY_PASSWORD=password

Do I need anything else?
