WebSocket relay fails to fetch the latest block and all requests fail

Description

As shown in the attached image, the WebSocket relay is unable to retrieve the latest block. As a result, all incoming requests are failing. This seems to indicate a problem with block synchronization or upstream communication.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start the WebSocket relay
2. Observe the logs/output
3. Notice repeated failures in block fetching and failed requests
