Adjusting Rate Limits and Enabling Features

I'd like to turn off or significantly reduce the rate limits on my local deployment, Its my understanding that there are options that can be set that override some of the config files, but I'm having a difficult time sorting it out from reading the node source code and the solo docs. Concretely to get started I'd like to:

• Significantly Raise the Account Creation Limit
• Enable Batched Transactions (which I believe is turned off by a rate limit of 0 at the meoment)

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a certain version of Consensus Node you are targeting?

Haven't got that far with the version of Consensus Node, but I think that might be my next question. I'd like to get started on the batching feature (which I thought was already in the code base, but not turned on yet)

@bugbytesinc , sounds like they are currently still developing it. In v0.65 they turn it on with feature flags in the application.properties. They plan to support and release it in v0.66.

You will want to take our Solo application.properties, then append the following:

# Exempt all payer accounts from all throttling
accounts.lastThrottleExempt=9223372036854775807
# Turn on AtomicBatch feature flags and permissions
atomicBatch.isEnabled=true
atomicBatch.maxNumberOfTransactions=10
atomicBatch=0-*

Then you can pass in your new version as a value to the --application-properties flag to solo network deploy like in this example: https://github.com/hiero-ledger/solo/blob/main/examples/custom-network-config/Taskfile.yml#L54

Just confirmed that I was able to submit my first batch transaction and see it in the explorer, thank you so much!
