I am working on adding a track to my HiGlass session on windows and Ubuntu subsystem. My issue is that I cannot access my mcool files or get a heatmap after executed command.
Steps to reproduce
I successfully installed Docker on my Windows machine and pulled the latest HiGlass image. I then executed the command:
docker run -d --name higlass-container -v /d/lab:/data -p 8989:80 higlass/higlass-docker
The command executed successfully according to the CMD feedback and logs. However, when I open the browser, my files do not appear.
Additionally, I tried installing HiGlass using higlass-manage on an Ubuntu system. The installation and execution seemed successful, and I could open my files in the browser. However, the heat-map does not display as expected. Interestingly, when I opened the same mcool files on a colleague’s Mac (iOS system), everything displayed correctly, including the heat-map.
