Upgrade to use current version of DISKSPD 2.1

Right now, CrystalDiskMark 8.0.4c is based on DISKSPD 2.0.21a.

Now that DISKSPD 2.1 has been out for more than a year and well tested, I think it is time to incorporate that version in a new CrystalDiskMark release.

@hiyohiyo the update to 2.2 has a relevance since this will fix an issue with latency measurements, which will improve especially on NVMe.

Do you have plans to update the Binary in your dependencies?
