Correction of backport extension für Observation.component.value[x]

The element Observation.component currently includes the R5 backport extension http://hl7.org/fhir/5.0/StructureDefinition/extension-Observation.value[x]. Should it not be http://hl7.org/fhir/5.0/StructureDefinition/extension-Observation.component.value[x]?

Even though the structure of the elements are identical the second URL would make more sense as it maps to the actual path in the R5 strutcure.
