[Feature Request] Minimum/Maximum constraint

Motivation / Existing Problem
I use Custom Properties to get parametric designs.
For example, I set the diameter of a tube and the design scale upon this value. Sometimes lines that adjusts are getting too long or too short.

Description
I want those lines to be able to change their length in a range of value : a minimum and a maximum.

Alternative Solutions
Add a Min/Max constraint that allows lines, circles, angles to be set within a range.

Mockup
Pretty similar to the distance setting box, only with two fields.
