Visibility of controls in upper left quadrant impacted by resizing the row and column [Python]

Using the example workspace, the undo and redo buttons are obscured. Resizing the lower pane resolved the issue.

However, the chart can be resized by dragging upwards, which results in the following presentation, where the counts, undo, and redo are hidden, and the "Plot Controls" and "Restore to Default" break the first column.
