Matter unsecured errors across many devices randomly

After the upgrade to 9.1.1 and Core 2026.8.1, I get a lot of unsecured connections for many Matter devices. This is occurring since the upgrade.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Start Home Assistant
2. Start the Matter server
3. Check the status of devices
4. Wait for up to 15minutes
5. Check the logs, devices are offline and showing as unsecured (yet on same Matter network and only handful of them works, others are offline).
