Added a python transform for dashboards. All good?

Dashboard have dependency to a library called "jq". This library has some problem running on some versions of Windows. There is a replacement for this library with python transformation. My tests show that it perform as good as the jq version. Both version will be available this week. I will remove the jq version next week.

This will be available starting the 27th January with the new version release.

Comment here if you have an issue with the new python transform.
