Handle lower mobile screen widths

Right now the design breaks when entering sub 400.

For example this is with 370:

Handling the 320 width standard seems like a stretch, but I think that 370 or 380 should be be able to work fine.

Hey, I think this is related to an issue on my phone, or at least the title seems relevant.

Display: 6.67-inch diagonal
Issue: Due to displaying percentages in the block ratio, 93% has still not reached 90% divider.
