Basically, how can I display image through toolatra?

Hello,

The image test.png that you would like to display shall be placed inside the static directory next to your Tcl script. There, all the static assets, such as images, JS, CSS, etc, shall be placed.

Notice that if you're using the git version of Toolatra, you might want to put test.png into public, not static instead.
