[firefox] Resizing a column should not scroll

When the mouse is over the headers row (first row), resizing the column also scrolls up. It should not. It's very likely due to the headers row being actually positioned much above the top of the viewport, but shown here because of position: sticky in CSS.

The bug seems to be Firefox-only, as I don't reproduce it in Chrome.
