cjson support gbk, why yyjson does not support gbk?

JSON spec (RFC 8259) requires text to be encoded in UTF-8.

yyjson checks the input strictly and returns an error if it's not valid UTF-8.

cJSON also only supports UTF-8 (see DaveGamble/cJSON#95), but it does not strictly validate encoding, so non-UTF-8 data may appear to work.

I suggest converting GBK or other encodings to UTF-8 before processing.
