[FEATURE] Offline toggle switch always visible

What feature would you like to see added?
Whenever offline mode is activated, there is a toggle switch to disable it.
I would very much hope to have this feature available not only in offline mode but in the regular online mode as well to make switching easier.

🎯 User Story / Use Case

Why is this feature important?
I am switching between online and offline mode daily, often multiple times daily. It's always a bit of a hassle to first go to the sandwich menu, then to settings and then select the setting when trying to activate offline mode and a bit annoying in daily use. Since this is a core feature of Power Ampache 2 I think it should be available more easily.

Making this feature optional and activating the toggle via a setting would be a sensible alternative. A toggle switch in the main menu instead of the title bar would be another alternative.

I was thinking about this as well and I agree, it would be a very handy feature

I'd like to tweak the idea. It'd be better having an option in settings "always show offline mode switch", if that's on, then the switch will be always visible.

I'd be okay with that personally. If enabled in settings, the app name should be permanently substituted with a toggle at all times. I think it should always explicitly display "Offline mode" or "Online mode" text depending on the toggle state. Also, I'd imagine it'd be nice if the toggle button itself would be colored differently, depending on the state.
