[BUG]Can't change Driver's Nationalities (was fixed previously but is broken again)

This issue was fixed previously but is broken again. When you go to edit the Nationality of any Driver/Personal, the Nationality reverts back to normal after closing the little window/clicking save profile

Edit: You can still change the Nationality using the Database Editor under Modding. So this issue doesn't have high priority and can be pretty much ignored
