…missing A frequent question from community support: clicking Publish does nothing or fails. The cause is that the workflow's basic info (name, etc.) has not been filled in on the orchestration page. Added under Feature Usage, alongside the existing publish-as-API entry. Signed-off-by: FenjuFu <92919259+FenjuFu@users.noreply.github.com>

CI triage: every code, test, CodeQL, DCO, and CLA check passed. The only failure is the repository-level claude-review action: its OIDC app-token exchange returned 401 Invalid OIDC token after three retries, and the action also warns that model is no longer a supported input. This is workflow/integration infrastructure, not a failure caused by this docs-only PR. |

Adds one FAQ entry to
faq/features.md: clicking Publish on a workflow does nothing / fails. The common cause from community support is that the workflow's basic info (name, etc.) hasn't been filled in on the orchestration page (top-left). Once completed, publishing works. Placed right before the existing "publish as API" entry.
