Describe the bug

I tried to use the skill down foward + A+B, but the screen just went completely black.

[potsmugen]

This is an edge case caused by Ikemen fixing an old Mugen bug where air juggle acceleration was higher than intended. Between the attack floating the enemy a few pixels higher in Ikemen and Kung Fu Man's specific hurtboxes, the hit that starts the cinematic will miss.
If you try the same move in a mirror match, or against a character with larger hurtboxes, or after lowering air.velocity just a little bit, it will work.

In the past I've wondered if we could add a compatibility flag that reproduced Mugen's acceleration bug in Mugen characters. But doing that is probably opening a second can of worms.

I'd probably just file this under known/deliberate issues.
