Describe the bug
When an mirrored team of all 3 different characters is created, their palettes will not be shifted correctly on the lifebars but will be once they are actually in the fight. This, however, only happens under very specific conditions that will be listed in the Reproduction section below. To explain what I mean by the palette 'shifting', this is referring to how, when 2 or more of the same character are in a fight, each instance of that character will have their palette be shifted to the next available palette.
My modified system.def will be attached for further inspection if necessary.
NOTE: In the screenshots below is one with some added characters, and the other with only Kung Fu Man. The former was added since its really hard to tell that Kung Fu Man is using the same palette throughout on the lifebars alone.

To Reproduce
- Set paletteselect to 0 in the system.def
- Disable any character animations from being used in the screenpack
- Create p1s team with all different characters by selecting only with the X button
- Create the same team for p2, also only selecting with the X button
- Start the match
