Abnormal Intro Behavior with GokuZ2 in Ikemen

Describe the bug

Per discussions in Discord, Balthazar and Cybaster's Goku has issues with Goku flying up and out, or freezing in midair during his intros. It is verified that this is not a Character Problem, but an IKEMEN problem since I have dusted off an archived MUGEN 1.0 setup and updated the Goku there, and it worked fine.

Also, Goku's intro sound clips are being cut off for some reason.

To Reproduce

1.) Download Goku from here:

2.) Load it into nightly
3.) Observe his intros. Especially when he flies in with his cloud, or ride in on the dragon. He flies up and out.
4.) Also, his sound clips are being cut off.

This only happens in Training mode. There's a bug in the char where state 19302 should assert the intro flag but it doesn't. Because in Training mode the round call is disabled, as soon as the intros (the intro flag, rather) end the chars are forced to state 0. I think it's a non-issue as far the engine is concerned.

So, it's a character problem or an engine problem?

I want to know if this is easily solvable with me fiddling around with Goku's code (and others' code), or should I wait for another update.

It's a character problem exacerbated by how Ikemen's training mode works.
