Problem / motivation

The WSL preview adds its own container tool WSLc (either wslc.exe or container.exe). I added support in #57 and I'm currently testing it. As it is a preview perhaps release it as an experiment?

Proposed solution

#57 and possibly for now release it as an experiment.

Alternatives considered

Could also use container.exe instead of wslc.exe.
