IndexTool: incorrect options don't show clear error message (just usage info)

E.g. if you use --maxdoc instead of --maxdocs, the tool prints the usage info, but doesn't tell you what was wrong with your command line

Also look at how errors in .blf.yaml, for example in XPath, are reported (if at all).
