Manage personal data categories as terminologies

Problem statement
In the privacy module, I created personal data related to processings.
But I can only select categories in the drop-down list and sometimes the categories are not relevant so I choose Other.
My problem is that it is not very clean and the privacy Overview menu displays "Other (Specify in description)".
In my opinion, it would be more relevant if one could create personal data categories in the Extra / Terminologies module.
