feat: add automated release system and workflow testing

- Implement comprehensive GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline
- Add semantic versioning based on conventional commits
- Enable multi-platform builds (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Create automated release workflow with artifact management
- Add build status monitoring and validation
- Test automated version bumping system
