Add a python script and github workflow to auto sync locales

• It's very troublesome to manually find the entries that need translation from the source file and copy-paste them every time the language files are updated.

• Write a script to realize automatic synchronization of entries and run it with GA at the same time.

• This script will automatically synchronize new entries to other language files.

You're right - adding new translation entries has been tedious.

Your script idea isn't bad, but I've been considering something else: migrating to crowdin. This could improve the experience for both developers and translators.

I'll start investigating this migration.

Thanks for the Python script solution. While your approach would solve the sync problem, I think migrating to Crowdin would be a better long-term solution.
I've created issue #647 with details on why Crowdin could improve the translation experience for both contributors and maintainers.
