Modifier to show dialog vs. instantly block using result block button

Description

Most of the time, I want to block entire domains quickly, so I have the 'Skip the "Block this site" dialog' setting on. Sometimes, I need to change the rule before blocking; this often happens with blogging sites where different accounts have different subdomains on a common domain. To do this, I have to go into the settings to either type the rule manually or toggle off the skip dialog setting.

It would be a lot easier if I could just hold a modifier key or right click the block button to show the dialog for that click only.
