Ubacklist has suddenly stopped working on 'related images' Google image results.

Bug Description

Ubacklist no longer blocks results from the 'related images' dropdown below a result in Google Images searches, if using Google Chrome on Apple.

The pink outlines below denote results from blacklisted sites:

Steps to Reproduce

Use Google Chrome Version 143.0.7499.193 to browse on an Apple computer running OS Sequoia 15.3.1.
Use Google to search, click on the 'Images' tab, then click on an image.

Expected Behavior

Blacklisted websites should not be able to display results for searches.

Actual Behavior

When viewing the dropdown created by clicking on a Google Images image result, some results in the dropdown (often the majority) appear from blacklisted websites.
