This is probably a simple matter to those of you who are developers-- Is...is that a prompt injection?? in v9.7.0 release.

Did you do that, or is that typical of github-actions feature?

Not prompt injection. The release workflow was using the latest commit subject as the release title; #805 changed it to use the tag name.
