• Brainstorm and determine an engaging YouTube series in order to generate an organic user base for IronHacks. Ideas include tutorials, QA on interesting and engaging issues, "Ask a data scientist", "Ask a doctoral student", etc.
• Determine a rough amount of time it will take to set up, market, and produce each video to ensure participants can allocate time properly.
• Make a schedule and agenda for when to post and when to produce.
• Schedule accordingly.
