Description
Test to verify the system enforces the maximum character limit (63,206) for the event description field and highlights input errors.

Pre-requisites

1. Move to https://greencity.com/ (or deployed test environment).
2. Authorize as a registered user.
3. Open the 'Events' section from the main menu.
