Preconditions

1. Go to https://pozashkillia-test.iea.gov.ua/#/
2. Log in as a service provider.
3. Open the New Competition window.
4. Fill in the required fields to create a competition draft.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select the 'isPaid: true' function on the 'Опис' tab.
2. Enter 0,01 or 0.01 value for the price.
3. Pay attention to the result.

Actual result

Expected result
0.01 is a valid value for the price of a paid competitive event

SCENARIO-II
Preconditions

4. Fill in the required fields to create a competition draft.
