[Bug][Art Gallery Block] Image template indexes on front-end don't match with the back-end ones

**Reproducible:** alsways

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to the admin panel
2. Go to the new streetcode page
3. Choose template in art gallery block
4. Try to create streetcode

**Actual result**
Streetcode wouldn't be created due to mismatch of images in art gallery with template

**Expected result**
Streetcode should be created
