[UI][Historycode page] Header doesn`t exist at Historycode pege when admin open historycode from admin panel

Environment: Windows 10 Home, Google Chrome 124.0.6367.209.
Reproducible: always
Build found: 0006ced

Preconditions:

1. Open site
2. Log in as admin

Steps to reproduce:

1. Choose history-коди tab
2. Choose any History code from the list and click on it
3. When you are redirected to Historicode page, look carefully at top part of page where header is supposed to be

Actual result:
Header doesn`t exist

Expected result:
historycode page shoul have header due to mockup
