Downloading onedrive files contained within a cryptomator vault are still encrypted

Hello everyone. Wanted to ask about this here before creating a bug report for this issue. I am currently using the most up to date version of cyberduck and have added my Microsoft Onedrive account. I also used Cryptomator to create a vault to obfuscate my files from big brother Microsoft's prying eyes. I successfully unlocked the vault and downloaded some files that were stored in the vault. However, the downloaded files are still encrypted:

Is this by design? I would think the answer would be no, as what is the point of allowing cyberduck to open cryptomator vaults and access their files if they are still encrypted, but wanted to verify before creating a bug report.
