feat(review action): improve ability to verify integrity of tokens I am swapping

On the Review action screen I am presented with only the token symbols and have no way to verify that these are the actual tokens I want to swap. In a malicious flow users could be directed to swap against fake tokens, losing funds in the process.

Simple links to the contracts in the explorer would help here by making the token symbols links.
