[Bug]: opencli browser network --detail <index>返回No requests captured的问题

Description

我在机器上执行以下几条命令，按理说执行第三条命令时只要输入的index是正确的就应该返回单条请求的完整详情，但实际上却返回了信息“No requests captured”，我是按照这个项目的这个文档
@OpenCLI/skills/opencli-explorer/SKILL.md 中的示例来执行下面的命令的，按理说是没问题，我让claude帮我分析后它给我的结果是这是一个bug，分析文档在附件中

Investigated this. Even in a single process, startNetworkCapture() returns true but readNetworkCapture() returns []. Both the CDP path and the JS interceptor fallback return empty.

The released extension (v1.0.2) does include the network-capture-start and network-capture-read handlers, so this is not a version mismatch. The root cause is still unclear and needs further investigation.

这个在1.7.5版本已经解决了，我看了一下，是让 browser network 的第一次调用将结果持久化到磁盘缓存文件中，--detail 调用时直接从缓存读取
