discussions section on github repo?

I see sometimes when someone what to discuss how to implement a feature or some other technical discussion they end up making a new issue (e.g #226 , #218) and sometimes even make a new topic on the forum (e.g https://forum.freecad.org/viewtopic.php?t=104450) .
I think it would be a good idea to have a discussion section on this repo for these types of discussion.

@jaheyns do you think you could enable 'discussions' for this repo on github when you have time?

While doing that I also received a request for the following changes to the repo from @PhoneDroid (in charge of the FreeCAD Addon ecosystem) - could you make these adjustments too:

Improved topics : freecad​ , addon​ , workbench​ , cfd​ , computional-fluid-dynamics​ , openfoam
More direct description : Computational Fluid Dynamics workbench addon for FreeCAD.​
( When people search for openfoam they will find it by tag and don't need to know / read it in the description - same for the cfd abbreviation )
Disable the unused widgets in the overview ( Package​ & Deployments​ )
Found in the same menu where you edit the topics & description
Similarly I'd turn off the unused Actions​ & Projects​ tab in the repository settings.

advice to fork the repository and optionally create an org for it.

BTW this will be a good time to think about which code host should be used. (github, gitlab, codeberg ...)
