No cover thumbnails in Mojave

As in #44, cover thumbnails seem to be broken again. This is worse because Mojave's Books app now generates thumbnails well, which this quicklook blocks.

Mojave seems can't index and also can't preview.

Unfortunately I've no space to work on this anymore - it's actually quite a pain to debug QL bugs in the current version of Xcode, and as Apple doesn't seem to have updated the development docs for MacOS QL in six years I doubt it will improve any time soon.

This plugin totally destroyed indexing in Mojave and even pdf-s are not displaying now. I was looking for a quick way to view/scrawl pdf & epub files since gallery view is gone, and this new gallery is not working (meaning waiting up for a 4 second to upload one cover). Next time I'll read comments!

I've looked for days on to find solution to the problem this plugin caused but did't find any, I even updated to Catalina today and the same problem is persistent, I do not see covers to any docs pdf-s or epub-s, it seems that plugin broke my finder or user account (if I log out of user acc and log back in there are covers for 15 sec) or smth. else, dunno what. This is so frustrating!
