Build (pdf?) for offline reading

Hey,

is it possible to build an HTML or PDF (preferred) version of this book for offline reading? What would be the process to do that?

No idea to be honest. I've briefly explored this area and ended up with more questions than answers so in the end gave up (to spare time for writing).

What about an EPUB version? If that's not available, would anyone be interested if I looked into the possibility of generating one?
