The walkie-talkie is not receiving a signal, even though the LEDs on the MMDVM duplex board indicate normal operation.

Hello,

1. After flashing the firmware to the ESP32-S3 and connecting it to the duplex hotspot board, the home page shows normal transmission, the hotspot board's "Run" LED is flashing, DMR PTT functions correctly, and the logs appear normal; however, the handheld radio does not receive any signal.
2. After flashing the hotspot board with mmdvm_hs_dual_hat_fw.bin (from https://github.com/javastraat/esp32_mmdvm_hotspot/blob/main/firmware/mmdvm/mmdvm_hs_dual_hat_fw.bin), the MMDVM Hardware Status displays:
