Allow Partial Page Rendering

I believe that re-rendering the whole site is not useful, specially if you're doing incremental editing or tweaking a page layout. Instead, I believe it would be interesting if we could allow (API-wise) allow for rendering just a single page given its filename

What do you guys think?

First attempt at incremental rendering will be in v2.3.0, although not enabled by default.

Allowing you to render a single file via an API should be fairly straight forward to implement.

In your jbake.properties set db.store=local this will then force the database holding info about the content to be persisted on the file system. The next time you execute a bake it will only render content which has been modified, by checking the state held in the database.
