Add option to keep deployments that have failed or timed out

What feature do you want to see added?

We are observing random provisioning failures - most often due to timeout. Sometimes we observe that it seems like the VM is transitioning to running state - only it takes a bit longer that the max 10 minutes.

In order to troubleshoot these, it would be good to be able to have a checkbox or some kind of debug option so that failed deployments are not be deleted.

@timja I've forked the repo and am working on introducing this.
However, when I try to run the integtration test using;

mvn -Dtest=ITAzureVMAgentCleanUpTask test

I get the following error:

So far, I haven't found a lead on what's wrong... Any leads?

I haven't ran the integration tests in a long time, possibly they don't work.

I've been testing everything manually to keep cloud costs down.
